A wine made from the 2021 harvest, which has reached a good balance after 2 years of aging.

Raw material: wild rowan berries grown in southern Estonia, mildly grown apples from the Uue-Saaluse wine farm.

Appearance: straw yellow, clear and bright

Aroma: rowan berries are clearly noticeable in the fruity fragrance bouquet

Taste: medium-bodied white semi-dry wine, the taste first reveals slightly bitter notes of mountain ash, complemented by the juiciness of apple, the sweet fruitiness of the wine manifests itself in the aftertaste

Serving: chilled in a white wine glass at 10-12°C.

Food recommendation: red fish, chicken, white cheese
