Solaris is a dry white wine, alc 12% vol, 750 ml

May contain a precipitate formed from precipitated tartaric acid crystals. It is edible and indicates that it is pure grape wine.

Made from grapes variety Solaris grown in Viljandi county, Mustla, by Heino Säinas. Maris, the winemaker at Uue-Saaluse, crafted an exciting wine from these grapes ripened under the Nordic sun, with an aroma featuring familiar notes of thyme and a hint of blackcurrant leaves. The taste also has hints of raw gooseberry and green apple. The wine is perfect for an aperitif, with white fish and chicken dishes. Try it with asparagus and poached eggs.
May have grape notes. Serve chilled at 8–10 °C. This wine is enjoyable right away, but thanks to its lively acidity, it also has the potential to age in the cellar for at least two years.

This wine has been our most successful product, as vintages from different years have won a total of 5 awards:
In 2025, the 2024 vintage of Solaris won a bronze medal in the “Wine of the Year” competition.
In 2022, the wine (from the 2021 vintage) won the Baltic Cup, a gold trophy, as the best wine at the Baltic States Wine Competition.
In 2022, the wine (from the 2020 vintage) won a silver medal at the Wine of the Year 2022 competition.
In 2021, the wine (2020 vintage) won a gold medal at the Best Estonian Beverages competition.
2021. This wine (from the 2019 vintage) won a bronze medal at the Wine of the Year 2021 competition.
