INGREDIENTS: Quince grown in South Estonia
APPEARANCE: straw yellow, light bubbles, medium viscosity
AROMA: fresh, citrusy, notes of quince and green apple*
PALATE: demi-sec, medium intensity, notes of quince and apple, with a spicy quince finish.
SERVING: in a sparkling or white wine glass, at 8–10°C.
FOOD PAIRING: a great choice as a welcome drink with appetizers; for main courses, it pairs well with oven-baked white fish and chicken. Also try it with roast pork and sauerkraut. For dessert, try a quince Tarte Tatin.

The drink was awarded the “Best Product from a South Estonian Small Business 2021” title at the Estonian Food Industry Association’s Best Estonian Food 2021 competition.
