Aroma: fresh, mineral

Palate: semi-dry, fresh, citrusy, lively acidity balanced by the wine’s fruitiness

Serving: chilled at 6-8°C in a sparkling or white wine glass

Food pairing: white and red fish, seafood, fresh cheeses, snacks, a great choice for a festive welcome drink.
