Appearance: carmine red, clear, light bubbles

Aroma: Berry-forward, fresh

Palate: Berry-forward, semi-sweet, medium acidity, notes of red berries – raspberry, gooseberry, and red currant

Serving: in a sparkling or white wine glass, 8–10 °C.

Food pairing: a great choice for berry-based desserts, pairs well with berry mousses, meringue, and ice cream.
