Together with the winemaker, we’ll explore the wine cellar and the behind-the-scenes of production, tour the vineyard (from May through October), and enjoy five wines during a blind tasting—can you guess the main ingredient of each wine? In addition to the flavors, you’ll be delighted by a lavish spread of snacks: cheeses from local producers, meat smoked in a sauna, and fresh pot bread. During the winter season, the vineyard tour is replaced by a wine tasting workshop.
