750 ml, 11 % VOL, semi-dry

The wine has been aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Appearance: ruby red, medium viscosity.

Aroma: red and black berries—cherry, black currant, aronia.

Taste: semi-dry, medium-bodied, berry-like, with notes of red and black berries, aronia, cherry, plum, and black and red currants. A hint of oak aging is detectable on the palate.

Serving: Serve slightly chilled at 14°C in a red wine (Bordeaux-style) glass. This brings out the wine’s flavor and aroma better.

Food pairing: oven-roasted duck, turkey, and lamb, served with a berry sauce made from the same berries found in the wine.

The 2023 vintage of Saaluse Manor Lady was named the winner in the red wine category at the Best Estonian Wines 2025 competition and was awarded a gold medal!
