Ingredients: Quince from Võrumaa and organically grown apples from Uue-Saaluse Wine Farm, varieties including Sügisjoonik, Talvenauding, Meelis, and Antonovka

Appearance: straw yellow, clear and bright

Aroma: the fruity bouquet is highlighted by quince

Taste: medium-bodied dry fruit wine, well-balanced acidity and fruitiness, citrus notes, quince in the mid-palate, and green apple in the finish

Serving: chilled in a white wine glass at 6-8°C

Food pairing: fish, chicken, roast pork with sauerkraut, young goat cheese
