Artisanal Gin, 43% ABV, 500 ml

In the village of Uue-Saaluse, beyond seven counties and a lake, lies a charming winery. It was here that ASTEL, a magnificent gin of a new era, was born. Seven berries and seven gin botanicals give this rare spirit its power. Made from a distillate based on seven berry and fruit wines. The flavor is highly complex, showcasing the distinct characteristics of the various berries. We recommend pairing this gin with Fever Tree tonic, served with plenty of ice and sea buckthorn berries. The gin bears the Uma Mekk brand from Old Võromaa. Each batch is unique; only one batch (approx. 200 pdl) is produced annually.
